You really wanna know what will never go outta style? Staying regular! (read: releasing it, C. M. Burns edition, but in a bathroom setting). Here's how to achieve the look:


What you will need:
A blender
A chopping board + knife
A can-do attitude

500ml coconut water
handful of kale, finely chopped
1 banana
1 tbsp shredded coconut
1 tbsp maca powder
1 tbsp açaí powder
half tbsp spirulina powder
1 tsp chlorophyll
finely chopped mint
half a lemon
nub of ginger
a pinch of stevia/tbsp of agave nectar/honey *optional*

Blitz that junk and choke down daily.

Initially this concoction may have the tapioca rising in your gullet, but have a play with the formula and before you know it you'll be expelling all over the damn place, multiple times a day! (Extra points if you can find organic/raw variants for the aforementioned ingredients).

Now go excuse yourself, assassinate some porcelain and nip IBS in the bud/butt.
